These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Rogue Receptor's website, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account, accessing, or using any part of the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of a minor as part of a Family plan, you accept these Terms on their behalf and assume responsibility for their use.

2. Description of the service

Rogue Receptor is a consumer health information platform that provides educational information about drug and supplement interactions, nutrient depletions, dosage timing, and related health topics. The Service is not a medical device, healthcare provider, or pharmacy. Please read our Medical Disclaimer carefully.

3. Accounts and registration

Some features of the Service require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at security@roguereceptor.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4. Subscription plans and billing

• Free tier: Available to all users without payment. May include advertisements.
• Paid plans (Lite, Premium, Family): Billed monthly or annually as selected at the time of purchase. Prices are listed in US dollars.
• Automatic renewal: Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time in a billing period.
• Price changes: We may change subscription prices with 30 days' advance notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
• Payment processing: Payments are processed by DodoPayments. We do not store your full payment card details.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to extract data from the Service beyond what is permitted by our robots.txt file
• Attempt to circumvent any access restrictions, usage limits, or security measures
• Upload malicious content, viruses, or any material that could damage or disrupt the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your identity or affiliation
• Use the Service to provide medical advice to third parties as if you were a licensed healthcare professional (unless you actually are one)
• Share your account credentials with others or allow others to access your account
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its content without our written permission

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, interfaces, code, and the selection and arrangement thereof, is owned by Rogue Receptor and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Service without our written permission. "Rogue Receptor," the Rogue Receptor logo, and "Rogue Alert" are trademarks of Rogue Receptor.

7. User content

You retain ownership of any content you upload to the Service (including documents, photos, and health data). By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use your uploaded content for training AI models, advertising, or any purpose beyond delivering our Service to you.

8. Third-party links and products

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or product recommendations (including affiliate links). We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites. Product recommendations and affiliate links do not constitute endorsements of specific products, brands, or retailers. Our interaction analysis and severity ratings are never influenced by affiliate relationships.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROGUE RECEPTOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, ROGUE RECEPTOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY HEALTH OUTCOMES, ADVERSE REACTIONS, OR MEDICAL CONSEQUENCES RESULTING FROM DECISIONS MADE BASED ON INFORMATION PROVIDED BY THE SERVICE. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT ALL HEALTH DECISIONS ARE YOUR OWN RESPONSIBILITY AND SHOULD BE MADE IN CONSULTATION WITH QUALIFIED HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rogue Receptor, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may terminate your account at any time from your account settings. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Hyderabad, India, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service with a new "Last updated" date and, for significant changes, by sending notice to the email address associated with your account. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
